The General Shipping and Delivery time is described below:
Greece:
3-5 business days for Standard International Shipping (Registered Mail).
1-2 business days for Courier/Express International Shipping.
Europe:
5-9 business days for Standard International Shipping (Registered Mail).
4-7 business days for Express International Shipping (Registered Mail).
1-3 business days for Courier/Express International Shipping.
International:
6-15 business days for Standard International Shipping (Registered Mail).
5-12 business days for Express International Shipping (Registered Mail).

All products that are in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days.
For orders that contain CD or DVD titles that are out of stock, the usual shipping time is 2-3
business days. In some cases it might take longer (3-10 days) depending on
the availability of the products from the distribution/production companies.

CD
and DVD Catalog:
1. Are the CD and DVD prices, in your catalogue final?
Yes, all the prices shown are the final prices.
2. What does it mean "in stock" and "out of stock" that is written in your CD and DVD catalogue?
"In Stock" means that the CD or DVD title, is available and can ship within 1-2 business days.
"Out of Stock" means that the CD or DVD title has been sold out and we will supply it from the production company before sending it to you
(usual supply time 2-5 business days.) You can order these titles normally.
3. I have found in your catalogue a CD that is out of circulation or out of print. Can I order it?
Some CD titles listed in our catalogue might be out of circulation or out of
print from the production companies. You can order them to us and we will keep them backordered for you. We will inform you via phone/e-mail, as soon as they are republished or available
again from our store.
4. Can you inform me via e-mail for new releases of CDs and DVD?
Yes. Send us your request at newsletters@studio52.gr. You will be added in our newsletters group from were you will receive new releases
of CDs and DVD. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters group at any time, by sending us your request via e-mail at
newsletters@studio52.gr or using the unsubscribe link which is included in our newsletters.
Your e-mail address and any other personal information, will be used
only for the purposes you provided it for in order to protect your privacy.
5. Can I purchase a CD or DVD that I saw online in your catalogue, from the local Studio 52 store?
Yes. Our Store is in Thessaloniki (Greece). Most of the items that are listed
as "in stock" in our catalogue, can be purchased at our store. You may also find CD or DVD titles that are not yet listed in our online catalog.

Yes, we accept payments by Credit Card. The Credit Cards that we accept are Visa / Visa

2. Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, you can pay your order when it is delivered to you. Note that this payment method is valid for these
countries: Greece, Cyprus, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg.
All orders by payment on delivery are shipped by Standard International Registered Mail. For Greece orders can be shipped also by Courier/Express Mail.

3. Can I pay with bank deposition?
Yes, we do accept bank depositions for the payment of your order. You can make the deposition through
any National Bank. Our account is in the
National Bank of Greece. All the necessary information for the transaction will be

4. Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, we accept payments with PayPal. As soon as we receive and process your order,
you will receive by email the PayPal payment request, to proceed with your payment.
If you already have a PayPal account, the method is as usual with PayPal. But even if
you do not have an account with PayPal, you can complete your payment through the secure
options PayPal will provide you.
5. Can I pay through Western Union money transfer?
Yes, we do accept payments through the Western Union.
