Shipping Methods

Our shipping methods are: 

 · Standard International Shipping (Registered Mail)

 · Express International Shipping (Registered Mail)

 · Courier/Express International Shipping

     Standard International Shipping has the lowest prices of shipping expenses. With this method, all orders are shipped through the National Greek Post Office (EL.TA.) by Registered mail. The packages are usually picked up from your local Post Office or in some cases they are delivered to you directly (at the shipping address submitted), depending on the package dimensions and the country's Post Office Policies.

     Express International Shipping is a fast and affordable way of shipping. All orders are shipped through the National Greek Post Office (EL.TA.) by Express Registered mail. The delivery policy is as above but 1-3 days faster than normal.

     Express/Courier International Shipping is the fastest shipping method. With this method, all orders are shipped through the EL.TA Courier Service "TAHYMETAFORSE EL.TA." or by FedEx. The packages are delivered to you directly (at the shipping address you submitted).

When will my order be shipped?

     The shipment of an order depends on the availability of the products ordered. 

You can see the availability of a product from the CD or DVD info pages.

You can see these info pages from our online catalogue by pressing on the description of a title. In the info page, you will see, if a title is "in stock" or "out of stock". A product which is "in stock" means that it is available and usually ships within 1-2 business days. A product that is "out of stock" means that it has been sold out and will be available within a few days (in this case you will see the estimated availability time). Titles that are out of stock, can be ordered normally. These orders will be dispatched in the time specified in the estimated availability time of the info page, which is usually 2-3 business days. In some cases, it might take longer (3-10 business days) depending on the availability from the distribution/production companies.

I have paid my order with credit card, but it has not yet been shipped. Why and when it will be shipped?

     There is a small possibility the shipment of an order to be delayed. This usually occurs when a CD or DVD title from your order, is currently out of stock or due to lack of stock from the production/distribution companies. In this case, your order will ship as soon as the missing product is available again (usually 3-10 business days). If there is further delay, we will ship a first package with the available products and a second package with the out of stock items, when they are available. Before we do this, we will notify you and request your confirmation. If the payment has been completed with credit card, you can request to refund your card and cancel the unavailable item from your order.

Undelivered Packages

My order has been shipped several days ago but I did not receive it.

    If your order has been shipped and after several days you do not receive it, (15 days and more) please contact us at orders@studio52.gr. We will check the status of your order's shipment at the National Greek Post Office or Courier Service (depending on the shipping method you selected) and inform you accordingly.

    If a package is lost, we will reship the products of this order with no extra charges.

If a package is delivered incorrectly as a result of our error, then your order will be reshipped with no extra charges. In any other case, we will reship the order after the postal expenses are paid off.

    For payment on delivery, if a package is returned to us with the indication "Unclaimed" or "Not Accepted", the postal expenses will be added in the new shipment.

We will notify you via e-mail or phone if a package is returned or undelivered.

In-store Pickup

All products that are listed in our online catalogue can be purchased directly from our store in Thessaloniki. (Studio 52 store location). All products that are listed as "in stock" are usually available for in-store pickup.
You can also send us via e-mail at orders@studio52.gr your request for a CD or DVD title which is out of stock. We will supply it from the production/distribution company, and inform you when it is available, so you can purchase it from our local store. For in-store pickup there are no expences.
