Έργα για πιάνο παιγμένα από τη διακεκριμένη πιανίστα Έφη Αγραφιώτη. "Μια δισκογραφική ιδέα πρωτότυπη, δυναμική, ιδιαίτερα σημαντική και αυτή τη φορά για την προβολή της ελληνικής μουσικής, προτείνει η Έφη Αγραφιώτη καταμεσής του δύσκολου και εχθρικού για την καλλιτεχνική οικογένεια, χειμώνα. "Αυτό που πρέπει να αναγνωρίσουμε είναι ότι η ροή του παιξίματος είναι τόσο φυσική, διαρκής, κυλάει αυθόρμητα. Πουθενά δεν διακρίνουμε επίφαση στη δεξιοτεχνία και ρητορεία. Το μοντέρνο, το ρομαντικό, το κλασικό βρίσκονται σε διαρκή επικοινωνία. Όλα είναι εξ ίσου όμορφη μουσική. Η σειρά των έργων στο πρόγραμμα ακολουθεί την χρονολογία σύνθεσης του κάθε έργου, όχι τη χρονολογία γέννησης του συνθέτη. Οι εννέα συνθέτριες μας εκπλήσσουν με τη δύναμη του ταλέντου και τη δεξιοτεχνία της γραφής τους. Η αξεπέραστη Ρένα Κυριακού, από τα παγκόσμια σεβαστά μεγαθήρια του πιάνου, υπήρξε μια σπουδαία, σπάνιων αρετών, συνθέτρια. Τρία έργα της παίζει στο cd η Έφη Αγραφιώτη. Είναι εμπνευσμένες συνθέσεις μιας ώριμης και βαθυστόχαστης έφηβης, υποβλητικά παιγμένες!. Η Σοφία Δούδου ήταν η σύζυγος του Γερμανού επιφανούς αρχιτέκτονα Ερνέστου Τσίλλερ στον οποίο η Αθήνα χρωστά πολλά καλαίσθητα κτίρια. Το δίπλωμα της συζύγου του έχει την υπογραφή του Λιστ. Ήταν η πρώτη καθηγήτρια κλασικού πιάνου στην Αθήνα. Την Βιβιέν Λαμπελέτ την ανακαλύψαμε μέσα από το διπλό cd με το οποίο η σοπράνο Μυρσίνη Μαργαρίτη με την Έφη Αγραφιώτη μας γνώρισαν τραγούδια-διαμάντια γυναικών, πέρυσι. Πρέπει να υπογραμμίσουμε ότι το διπλό αυτό δισκογράφημα ταξίδεψε σε όλο τον κόσμο. Στο πρόσφατο σόλο πιάνο cd, ακούμε ένα ακόμη εντυπωσιακό κομμάτι για πιάνο της Λαμπελέτ. Από την "Ελληνίδα Μούσα" της Μυρσίνης Μαργαρίτη και της Έφης Αγραφιώτη πήραμε γεύση της μουσικής της Μαριώς Φοσκαρίνα Δαμασκηνού, που κι αυτή - με σόλο κομμάτι - είναι πάλι παρούσα στο νέο δίσκο της διακεκριμένης σολίστ. Ανάμεσα στις γυναίκες του cd, διακρίνουμε την αναγνωρισμένη στην Ευρώπη συνθέτρια Καλλιόπη Τσουπάκη, πειραιώτισσα στην καταγωγή, όπως με ενημέρωσε η κυρία Αγραφιώτη. Η σύνθεση αποτελεί μια εσωτερική συνομιλία, μια προσπάθεια στα πλήκτρα, για να ξεπεράσει το σοκ του εγκλεισμού, στο περυσινό πρώτο ψυχολογικό σοκ του κορονοϊού. Γλαφυρός ο τίτλος: Meeting Point. Η Εσμεράλδα Γκαρντέεφ-Αθανασίου, είναι κι αυτή μια ενδιαφέρουσα συνθέτρια ελληνικής καταγωγής. Μας συστήνεται. Γιατί όχι; Να μια ακόμα ωραία στιγμή του cd! Πηγαίνοντας πολύ πίσω στο χρόνο, συναντάμε την αδελφή του Φέλιξ Μέντελσον, την Φάννυ, που όταν ήταν μικρούλα εθεωρείτο πιο προικισμένη μουσικός από τον αδελφό της. Σύμφωνα με τις αρχές της οικογένειας της αλλά και ευρύτερα της εποχής, μέχρι τα 14 μπορούσε ασφαλώς να μαθαίνει μουσική διαπλάθοντας τον χαρακτήρα της, αλλά μετα έπρεπε να σταματήσει τη μουσική και να εκπαιδευτεί στο να γίνει καλή σύζυγος και μητέρα. Η μουσική καριέρα μπορούσε να είναι επιλογή του Φέλιξ, που ήταν αγόρι. Το έργο της Φάννυ πάντως αν και με καθυστέρηση, έχει εδώ και 50-60 χρόνια μια σχετική αποδοχή και αναγνώριση. Η προσπάθεια βέβαια συνεχίζεται. Χάρη σε μια παγκοσμίως αναγνωρισμένη γυναικεία προσωπικότητα της σύνθεσης, ακούμε στο cd ένα δεξιοτεχνικό κομμάτι που κόβει την ανάσα. Είναι γραμμένο από την περίφημη Σοφία Γκουμπαϊνούλινα. She was the first classical piano teacher in Athens.We became acquainted with Vivienne Lambellet's work through the double cd "Greek Muse", inwhich soprano Myrsini Margariti and Efi Agrafioti introduced us to songs by women composers last year. Through "Greek Muse" we were also introduced to the music of Mario Foskarina-Damaschino, who is also - with a solo track - again present on the new album of the distinguished soloist. Among the women of the cd, the well-known in European composer Kalliopi Tsoupaki stands out. Her composition is an internal conversation, an effort on the keyboard to overcome the shock of confinement, in last year's first psychological shock of the coronavirus. The title is brilliant: Meeting Point. Esmeralda Gardeev-Athanassiou is also an interesting composer of Greek origin. She is introduced to us. Why not; Here is another nice moment of the cd!Going far back in time, we meet Felix Mendelssohn's sister, Fanny, who when she was little was considered a more gifted musician than her brother. Among the composers on the cd we are introduced to two modern Greeks, seriously educated in music, but who became known for their work in popular music, Vassilis Bakopoulos from the famous Forminx and Alkis Papadopoulos from the band Pyx Lax (the information was given to me by Mrs. Agrafioti).
