The shipping time of orders depend on the availability of the products. You can see the availability and shipping time of each product in the details page. Products that are In Stock usually ship within 1 business day. Products with the indication "Available for order" are usually shipped within the timeframe indicated in each product availability, while orders that contain products that are out of stock, usually ship within 6-15 business days (or within the timeframe stated in the details of the product). The shipping time is determined by the greater shipping time of the products ordered. In any case, we will try to ship every order as soon as possible.

6. How much are the Shipping Expenses?

The shipping expenses are calculated automatically when you add a product in your shopping card and in the order form during your check-out.
CD, DVD, LP Catalogues:
1. Are the items in your store New and Original?
Yes, all our products are New, Original Factory Manufactured. We do not have second-hand, used or any other type of music items.
2. Are the CD, DVD and LP prices in your catalogue final?
Yes, all the prices shown are the final prices.
3. What does it mean "In Stock", "Available for order", "Out of Stock" that is written in your CD, DVD, LP catalogue?
"Available / In Stock" means that the specific product is in our stock at the time being and can be shipped within 1 business day.
"Available for order" means that the product is available from the production/distribution company and is usually shipped within the timeframe indicated (the shipping time is stated in each product).
"Out of Stock" means that the product is not available in our stock and has to be ordered / re-stocked by the production/distribution company, if still in circulation
(usual re-stock is 3-6 business days). You can order normally products with the indication "out of stok" and get informed
as soon as they are re-stock.
"Out of print" means that the product is unavailable and probably out of print from the production company. You may order such titles only as Backorder / Wishlist, and we will notify you as soon as they are available again or republished.
4. I have found in your catalogue a product that is out of circulation or out of print. Can I order it?
Some CD, DVD or LP titles listed in our catalogue might be out of circulation or out of print from the production companies.
You can order them to us and we will keep them backordered for you. We will inform you via phone/e-mail, as soon as they are republished
or available again in our store.
5. Can you inform me via e-mail for new releases of CDs and DVD?
Yes. Send us your request at newsletters@studio52.gr.
You will be added in our newsletters group from were you will receive new releases of CDs, DVD and Vinyls.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletters group at any time, by sending us your request via e-mail at newsletters@studio52.gr
or using the unsubscribe link which is included in our newsletters.
Your e-mail address and any other personal information, will be used only for the purposes you provided it for in order to protect your privacy.
6. Can I purchase a CD or DVD that I saw online in your catalogue, from the local Studio 52 store?
Yes. Our Store is in Thessaloniki (Greece). Most of the items that are listed as "in stock" in our catalogue, can be purchased at our store.
You may also find CD, DVD and LP Vinyl titles that are not yet listed in our online catalog.

Yes, you can pay your order when it is delivered to you. Note that this payment method is valid for Greece and Cyprus.
All orders by payment on delivery are shipped by Standard International Registered Mail. For Greece orders can be shipped also by Courier/Express Mail.

Yes, we do accept bank depositions for the payment of your order. You can make the deposition through any National Bank.
