When can I return a Product that I bought from your store?
We accept returns, when a product is broken, defective or it was shipped incorrectly by us. Returns are accepted within 60 days after the shipment date and after we are informed.
We will either replace the product (with no extra charges) or refund the cost of the product to you. In case of a defective product, we will replace the product with a new one.
If the product to be replaced is out of stock and is also no longer available from the production company, we will refund the cost of the product to you.
In case of incorrect shipped product, we will refund the cost of the product. In all cases, it is necessary that the product is returned back to us.
Studio 52 does not pay the return shipping cost for defective products. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry.
If the return is a result of our error (incorrect shipment), the returning postal fees will be deducted from your order or refunded to you (see below).

(Note: The returning postal fees deduced/refunded are for normal post simple mail. For returns by methods other than normal post simple mail, the returing fees are estimated as if it was normal post simple mail.)
How to return a defective product:
To return a product for one of the above reasons, you must contact us within 60 days from the shipping date of your order,

(+30) 2310279688 and inform us accordingly. We will process your request as soon as possible and inform you about further actions.
a) Defective Product and Replacement:
After we confirm the issue, you return the defective product back to us and inform us about the nature of the defect. The returning shipping expenses are burden by you.
We will replace the product with a new one and send it to you (to the address of the initial order), by simple post mail. The shipping expenses are paid by us.
b) Defective Product that cannot be replaced:
In case the defective product cannot be replace, because it is not available or out of print, we will refund you the product's cost. As soon as
we confirm the issue, you return the defective product back to us and inform us about the nature of the defect. The returning shipping expenses are burden by you.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund by the payment method used (Credit Card, PayPal). The initial shipping expenses are none refundable.
If the payment was made through Bank Deposit from National Bank, Eurobank or Alpha Bank, the refund is completed with a return deposit. For Bank Deposits through other banks,
any additional bank charges will burden the customer. To avoid unnecessary expenses, we provide the option to our customers to request as replacement any other product of the same pricing,
or to keep the cost of the returned product in credit for a future order.
c) Return due to incorrect shipment by us:
If the return is a result of incorrect shipment by us, you can send us back the incorrect product, as long as it hasn't been opened or used and always
in the condition it was sent to you (safety seal, wrapping etc.). We will refund you the cost of the product plus shipping expenses (shipping per item if more that one products were ordered),
