 Shipping Methods:

• Standard International Shipping (Registered Mail)

The Standard International Shipping (Registered Mail) has the lowest rates. With this method, your order is shipped through the National Greek Post (ELTA) by Registered Mail. Packages are usually delivered at your local post office or from your local postman.

• Express International Shipping (Registered Mail)

The Express International Shipping (Registered Mail) is for faster delivery. With this method, your order is shipped through the National Greek Post (ELTA) by Express Registered Mail. Packages are usually delivered at your local post office or from your local postman.

• Courier/Express International Shipping

The Courier/Express International Shipping has the fastest delivery time. With this method, your order will be shipped by EMS or FedEx and is delivered to your address by the Courier carrier.

When will my order be shipped?

The shipment of an order depends on the availability of the products ordered. You can see the availability of a product from the CD, DVD or LP details page of each product. Products that are "In Stock" ususally ship within 1 business day. Products with the indication "Available for Order" usually ship within the timeframe indicated in the product, while out of stock products are ususally available for dispatch, depending on the availability from the production/distribution companies (except if there is other indication for the availability time). The shipping time of an order is determined by the greater shipping time of the products ordered. In any case, we will try to ship every order as soon as possible.

I have paid my order with credit card, but it has not yet been shipped. Why and when it will be shipped?

In exceptional cases, there may be shipping delay. This may happen due to temporary lack of stock of a product (CD, DVD, LP) recently sold out or supply delay from the production/distribution company. In such cases your order has priority and is dispatched immediately as soon as we re-stock the missing product from the production/distribution company (usually within 3-4 business days). If for any reason there is a delay beyond a reasonable timeframe, we will ship immediately the available products and as soon as we re-stock the missing product(s), they will be dispatched seperately with no extra charges. We will notify you accordingly. You may also request a refund for the unavailable products and to be removed from your order so the rest of your order can be immediately shipped.

My order has been shipped several days ago but I did not receive it.

If a package is lost, we will reship the products of this order with no extra charges. If a package is delivered incorrectly as a result of our error, then your order will be reshipped with no extra charges. In any other case, we will reship the order after the postal expenses are paid off. For payment on delivery, if a package is returned to us with the indication "Unclaimed" or "Not Accepted", the postal expenses will be added in the new shipment. We will notify you via e-mail or phone if a package is returned or undelivered. Delivery delays may occure due to heavy traffic at the Postal/Courier companies or for customs check. If your order has been shipped and after several days you do not receive it, (15 days and more) please contact us at orders@studio52.gr. We will check the status of your order's shipment at the National Greek Post Office or Courier Service (depending on the shipping method you selected) and inform you accordingly. For shipments outside Greece, the order package can be on the delivery process and the online track and trace may not show the details, since the tracking system of each country may vary.

In the rare case where a package is lost, the order will be re-shipped with no extra charges. For the re-shipment it is required that the tracking request is completed by the Greek Post Office to confirm the status of the shipment (usually within 2-3 weeks).

If a package is misdelivered or is returned back due to our fault, the order will be re-shipped to you, with no extra charges. In case the return is not of our fault (incorrect or missing shipping information, no claim etc.), the order will be re-shipped as soon as the new shipping expenses are paid. We will send you an email with further instructions in such case. If you do not wish a re-shipment, and wish to cancel the order, if the order was pre-paid, the total product cost will be refuned to you, without the shipping expenses which have already been paid by us.

For Payment on Delivery orders, in case a package is returned back to us with the indication "Not Reclaimed" or "Not Acceptable", if you wish a re-shipment, the order will be re-shipped, with the additional shipping expenses added to the total order cost. We will send you an email with further instructions in such case.

All goods are shipped for and travel under the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. We have no responsibility in case of damages or lose of goods during transfer. In case of lose of goods (partial or whole) or damage during transfer, our store will collaborate with the buyer and help to resolve the matter, but it is necessary and the obligation of the buyer to obtain an official signed report from the transfer company that clearly states/proves that the package was damaged during transfer or unsealed (which resulted in lose of goods), in order for us to provide our assistance to the buyer, and if possible, help in resolving the issue.

 In-store Pickup:

All products listed in our online catalogue can be ordered online and purchased directly from our store in Thessaloniki (Studio 52 store location). All products that are listed as "In Stock" are usually available for in-store pickup. You can also send us via e-mail at orders@studio52.gr your request for a CD, DVD or LP title which is out of stock. We will supply it from the production/distribution company, and inform you when it is available, so you can purchase it from our local store. For purchases directly at our physical store, we accept payments with cash and credit/debit card. Also, for online orders, you can use any of the above payment methods and pick-up your order from our store, without any shipping expenses.
